Using Utin

Utin helps registered users manage connected social media accounts. By creating an account or using Utin, you agree to use the service only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account or a connected social account has been accessed without permission.

Connected services

Utin can connect to social media platforms when you choose to authorize them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and platform rules. You are responsible for the content you publish, reply to, or manage through Utin.

Acceptable use

You must not use Utin to:

• Break laws, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
• Access accounts, pages, comments, messages, or content without authorization.
• Send spam, abusive content, deceptive content, malware, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of Utin or connected services.

Service changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or stop parts of Utin when needed to improve the service, protect users, comply with legal or platform requirements, or respond to operational issues.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion of your account data.

No warranties

Utin is provided as is. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Utin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users before the updated terms take effect.
