What Utin does

Utin helps registered users manage connected social media accounts. Users can publish posts, view and reply to account messages, and manage comments for the social accounts they choose to connect.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service:

• Account information.
• Connected social account information, such as page or account ids, names, and access tokens.
• Content you create or manage through Utin, including posts, comments, and messages.
• Technical information needed to keep the service secure and operating correctly.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, connect selected social accounts, publish requested content, display comments and messages, reply on behalf of connected accounts, troubleshoot the service, and protect accounts from unauthorized access.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with Meta only as needed to provide the Facebook and Instagram features you request, and with infrastructure providers that help us host, operate, and secure the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and connected social account information while your Utin account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect Facebook or Instagram from the Settings page. To request deletion of your Utin account data, follow the data deletion instructions .
