The terms for using Utin, including account responsibility, connected services, acceptable use, privacy and service changes.

Using Utin
Utin helps registered users manage connected social media accounts. By creating an account or using Utin, you agree to use the service only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account or a connected social account has been accessed without permission.
Connected services
Utin can connect to social media platforms when you choose to authorize them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and platform rules. You are responsible for the content you publish, reply to or manage through Utin, and you must have the required authority for every account, Page, channel, profile or community you connect.
Facebook, Instagram and Threads features are subject to Meta’s applicable terms and platform rules. LinkedIn features are for organizations managing their own LinkedIn Pages and are subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and applicable platform terms. TikTok features are subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service , including applicable content, music and branded-content requirements.
Utin uses YouTube API Services. By using Utin’s YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service . You can manage Utin’s YouTube access through Google’s security permissions page .
Utin does not currently provide a Reddit integration. If we add one, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before it becomes available. Any Reddit feature will also be subject to the Reddit User Agreement and other applicable Reddit terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use Utin to:
- Break laws, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
- Access accounts, pages, comments, messages, or content without authorization.
- Send spam, abusive content, deceptive content, malware, or other harmful material.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of Utin or connected services.
- Circumvent platform permissions, rate limits, consent requirements, content restrictions or review processes.
- Use connected-platform data for surveillance, eligibility decisions, bulk export, unrelated profiling, or prohibited model training.
Service changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or stop parts of Utin when needed to improve the service, protect users, comply with legal or platform requirements, or respond to operational issues.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how to request deletion of your account data. You can also follow the Data Deletion Instructions to disconnect a platform or request erasure.
No warranties
Utin is provided as is. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Utin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users before the updated terms take effect.
