Utin lets your team and AI agents work together on social media. Your team works in the Utin interface, while agents use the public API for publishing, conversations, Meta automations, analytics and supported advertising tasks.
Use an AI agent of your choice to research approved sources and draft posts. Utin gives that workflow the authorized company, workspace and connected-account context it needs to take supported action: schedule or publish a post, handle a conversation, retrieve results or manage supported campaign work. The activity stays visible in the Utin workspace, alongside the team responsible for it.
The agent can list the companies, workspaces and connected accounts available to it. You choose where to work, and the results remain visible in Utin.
What AI agents can do
| Area | How an agent can use Utin |
|---|---|
| Publishing | Prepare, schedule and publish posts on connected channels |
| Conversations | Read supported comments, messages and reviews and send replies |
| Automations | Create and manage comment-to-DM, broadcasts and message sequences |
| Analytics | Retrieve organic and paid results for reports and recommendations |
| Advertising | Work with supported campaigns across connected Meta, Google and TikTok accounts |
| Workspaces | List the companies, workspaces and accounts available to the agent |
Available actions depend on the connected platform, account and permissions.
Practical AI-agent workflows
The Utin agent guides explain setup, publishing, replies, automations, advertising and reporting without requiring API knowledge.
Publish approved content
An agent can list the publishing accounts it can access, prepare a version for each channel and schedule the posts you approve.
Turn website changes into supported posts
An AI agent can monitor approved website material, turn it into channel-specific copy and send the finished post to Utin. Keep source selection, writing instructions and review rules in the workflow your team already uses. Utin provides the authorized publishing action and clear company, workspace and account boundaries around it.
Monitor organic and paid performance
An agent can retrieve available post, automation and campaign results, compare periods and prepare a regular report with recommended next steps.
Carry out supported campaign actions
An agent can review campaign results, prepare supported status or budget changes and help create new Meta, Google or TikTok campaigns. Review the account and budget before launch.
One workspace for your team and AI agents
Utin gives the team one interface for publishing, conversations, Meta automations, analytics and paid campaign work, including tasks prepared through the API.
In practice:
- The team connects its social and advertising accounts in Utin.
- The agent lists the companies, workspaces and accounts it can access.
- You choose where to work and give the agent a task.
- Posts, replies, automations and campaign results remain visible in Utin.
This works well for agencies, in-house teams and builders that want agent work to stay visible alongside the rest of their social media activity.
API boundaries
The current OpenAPI description is available at https://app.utin.no/openapi, with a browser-based explorer at https://app.utin.no/openapi/ui. Authentication uses a personal access token created from the Utin profile.
The explorer is the source of truth for available operations and request fields. The API is designed for direct OpenAPI use; an SDK, CLI, MCP server and universal webhooks are not part of the current API.
Utin or a broader API-first platform?
| Need | Likely fit |
|---|---|
| Marketers need a workspace and AI agents need access to a defined set of actions | Utin |
| The team manages organic work and paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok | Utin |
| Developers are embedding broad social support into a SaaS product | Consider a broader API-first platform |
| X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit or Google Business Profile are mandatory | Use a provider that supports those networks |
Compare Utin with Zernio and Ayrshare when developer tooling or network breadth is the primary buying criterion.
