Before you start
You need Engagement permission and access to the connected account. Choose the right workspace before opening conversations or comments.
1. Choose the Page
Open Community → Reviews and choose the Facebook account. Use Refresh to load its recent reviews. This screen covers Facebook reviews, not Google Business Profile reviews.
2. Read the loaded feedback
Choose Sort reviews and the number under Show. Sorting applies to the recent reviews currently loaded. Recommendations are shown separately from star ratings; do not interpret every recommendation as a numerical rating.
3. Follow up on Facebook
You can read reviews in Reviews, but you cannot reply there. Open the corresponding Facebook Page in Facebook to handle a response using the tools available there. If a colleague will handle the reply, give them the reviewer’s name and review date so they can find the right review.
Check the result
Check the selected Page, date and review text before following up. Utin’s loaded list is not necessarily the complete historical archive, and responses are not submitted from this screen.
If something does not work
If no reviews appear, check the selected Page, provider access and visible error. The absence of a reply button is expected in the current Utin Reviews screen.
