Using Utin

Investigate failed or uncertain publishing

Find out what happened on each account before trying to publish again.

Before you start

You need Content permission and a connected account to publish from. Select the workspace and account that contain the posts you want to manage.

Open the Queue Calendar to locate deliveries that need review.
Open the Queue Calendar to locate deliveries that need review.

1. Open the affected post

Follow a publishing notice from Dashboard → Needs attention, or locate the item in Queue Calendar. Record the account, time and error message.

2. Separate failure from uncertainty

A failed validation or rejected request needs its reported issue fixed. An uncertain outcome needs a check of Published and the actual provider account: a request can succeed even if Utin did not receive confirmation.

3. Fix the problem before trying again

Reconnect the account if its access has expired, or correct the media and settings mentioned in the error. Use the retry button if one is available. Create a new post only after checking that the original is not already published.

Check the result

Check each account separately. Leave posts that are already live alone. After trying again, check that the post appears on the right platform.

If something does not work

If the outcome remains unclear, use Send feedback with the workspace, approximate time and visible error. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
