Using Utin

Save and edit drafts

Keep unfinished posts in Utin and return to them before publishing.

Before you start

You need Content permission and a connected account to publish from. Have your text, images or video ready, and make sure you have permission to use them.

Draft filters and the content library.

1. Save from the composer

Select the accounts, enter the content and supply required media and platform settings. Choose Create draft. A draft is stored in Utin and is not published to the connected provider.

2. Find and edit it

Open Posts → Drafts and use the platform filters to find the item. Open its editor, make changes and save them. Save before switching target accounts so you do not lose unsaved edits.

3. Choose the next action

Review the destination and media again before using the available publish or schedule action. Select unwanted drafts and click Delete selected. Check the selection in the confirmation before deleting them.

Check the result

Reopen the draft to confirm that the saved text and destination are correct. It should stay in the content library until you take a publishing, scheduling or removal action.

If something does not work

If the draft is missing, check the workspace and filters. If you cannot save, read the error message and complete the required fields. Keep a copy of your text until you have confirmed that the changes were saved.
