Using Utin

Delete published posts

Delete published posts from connected accounts on platforms that support deletion through Utin.

Before you start

You need Content permission and a connected account to publish from. Select the workspace and account that contain the posts you want to manage.

Find the exact published account and post before removing it.
Find the exact published account and post before removing it.

1. Identify the exact post

Open Published, filter to the intended account and inspect the content and date. Do not rely on a similar caption alone when several accounts have copies.

2. Read the deletion confirmation

Use the post’s delete action. Utin’s confirmation explains that the provider post and matching Utin history will be removed. This cannot be undone. Cancel if the account or content is not the intended one.

3. Confirm only the selected removal

Check the account and content before choosing Delete post for one post or Delete selected for several. Wait for the result before taking another action.

Check the result

Check the provider and refresh Published. If removal succeeded but refreshing the list failed, refresh the view rather than assuming the provider still has the post.

If something does not work

If deletion is unavailable or rejected, read the provider-specific message and check account permissions. Cancelling a scheduled delivery is a different task from deleting a live post.
