Using Utin

Delete your Utin account

Review the consequences before permanently deleting your personal account.

Before you start

This is permanent account deletion. If you only want to leave a company, remove a connection or stop an automation, use that narrower action instead. Review the deletion dialog’s company and ownership impact.

The profile separates permanent account deletion from password and connection management.

1. Open the account section

Use Account → View profile and locate Delete account. Confirm that the sign-in identity is the account you intend to remove.

2. Read the full confirmation

Open Permanently delete account and read the list of companies you own. Those companies, their workspaces, integrations, content and associated data will also be deleted; every member loses access. Shared provider authorization can affect other connected accounts too. Companies you do not own remain, but your membership is removed and preserved posts show “Deleted user” as author. There is no recovery period. Cancel if any listed company or its work must be retained.

3. Confirm only when ready

Verify the read-only Email, enter Current password, and choose Permanently delete account only after reviewing the consequences. Cancel closes the dialog without deleting the account.

Check the result

Use the final response and sign-in state to confirm the outcome. Do not assume a rejected request removed any data.

If something does not work

If deletion is blocked, follow the displayed ownership or password requirement. For a narrower company or workspace removal, use Company → Details.
