Using Utin

Understand your dashboard

Use the dashboard to spot upcoming posts, conversations and results that need attention.

Before you start

Select the company and workspace you want to review. Dashboard figures use saved data and may cover different periods.

Dashboard links lead to detailed publishing and reporting views.
Dashboard links lead to detailed publishing and reporting views.

1. Read the period with the number

Check the dates beneath Posts published, Scheduled and Ad spend. Open the linked detail page when you need the underlying posts, schedule or campaign report.

2. Handle items needing attention

Use Needs attention to find publishing failures, uncertain outcomes or ad launches to review. Read the original result before retrying; an uncertain result can mean the provider accepted the request.

3. Continue the right task

Use Up next for scheduled content and Continue working for drafts, messages and automations. Open the relevant detail page to refresh or inspect data instead of treating the dashboard as a live provider report.

Check the result

Check coverage notices and the last update time. A dash means unavailable, not zero. Automation messages sent to the platform do not prove that a recipient read them.

If something does not work

For missing results, open Analytics or Ads overview and inspect the reporting period and account coverage. Reopening the dashboard alone does not fetch every provider’s latest results.
