Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a connected account

To remove a connected social or advertising account from Utin:

1. Sign in to Utin.
2. For Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube, open Settings > Social accounts and choose Disconnect for the account you want to remove.
3. For Google Ads, open the relevant advertising page and disconnect the selected Google Ads account.

Disconnecting removes Utin’s stored credential for that account and stops future API access from Utin. It does not revoke the platform authorization, delete content or campaigns already published on the connected platform, or erase all Utin account records and history. Use the request below if you want us to delete retained Utin data.

You can revoke Utin directly in the connected platform’s account settings. Google Ads and YouTube users can revoke access through Google’s security permissions page . LinkedIn users can use LinkedIn’s permitted-services settings; TikTok users can use TikTok’s connected-app settings; and Meta users can use the connected-app settings for Facebook, Instagram or Threads.

Ask us to delete your Utin data

Email privacy@utin.no from the email address you use for Utin. You can use Data deletion request as the subject. Include the workspace and any connected social or advertising account you want us to remove, if you know them, so that we can find the right data. If you no longer have access to your Utin email address, tell us that in your request.

We may ask you to confirm that you are authorized to make the request. We will then delete or anonymize the account data associated with your Utin account, unless we need to keep limited information for security, legal or operational reasons.

When deletion happens

We handle deletion requests as soon as possible. For LinkedIn, we delete stored LinkedIn Marketing Data within ten days after a customer ends the service or asks us to delete it. For YouTube, we delete associated YouTube Authorized Data within seven days after a deletion request, invalid authorization or revoked access. For Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, we delete or irreversibly anonymize retained data after we verify the request, unless limited retention is legally required.

Utin does not currently collect data through Reddit APIs. If that changes, this page will remain the place to request deletion of Reddit-related data held by Utin.
