Keep the work tied to the right company

The product model separates companies from workspaces. A company holds members and access rules. Within each company, the team can create one or more workspaces, each keeping its connected social profiles, advertising accounts, posts, conversations, automations and analytics separate.

Owners and administrators can invite members and grant only the functional areas they need: administration, content, engagement, automations, or ads and analytics. Those permissions apply at company level and protect every workspace within the company.

A typical cycle is:

  1. Publish finished content to supported networks.
  2. Review supported comments, messages and reviews.
  3. Use supported Meta automations where the conversation pattern is repeatable.
  4. Review organic and campaign signals.
  5. Boost a connected post or manage a supported Meta, Google or TikTok campaign.
  6. Use an AI agent to read data or carry out a supported action when the workflow and responsible team member are clearly defined.
  7. Use the result to decide what should happen next.

This is why Utin is a workspace for the whole job, not only a scheduler.

Use AI agents without losing context

AI agents can use the public API to publish through supported workflows, retrieve analytics and carry out supported ad operations. Every action stays tied to the same company, workspace and connected accounts your team uses. See API and AI agents for practical workflows and current boundaries.

Capabilities Utin does not currently claim

Product selection is easier when limitations are explicit. Utin does not currently claim:

  • AI content generation;
  • content approval workflows;
  • X, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Google Business Profile publishing;
  • white-label reporting.

Underlying network APIs can also limit message types, metrics and campaign actions. Pinterest publishing is not supported. Confirm a critical workflow during onboarding before moving production accounts.

Choose based on your team’s responsibilities

Utin is most relevant to agencies, in-house teams, operators and builders that want a working social media workspace and API access for AI agents in the same product. A focused publishing tool may be simpler when posts are the only responsibility. A broader API-first platform may be stronger when the primary goal is embedding wide-ranging social functionality inside another application.

See the social media platform comparison hub for those distinctions.
