Manage Meta and Google Ads With an AI Agent

An agent can create Meta and Google Ads campaigns in Utin, read their results, change daily budgets, and pause or activate them.

What you’ll achieve

You’ll be able to create campaigns and manage their budgets and status without moving between advertising platforms.

Before you start

Complete the setup and connect your Meta or Google Ads account in Utin.

1. List the campaigns

Start by listing the campaigns in the workspace so you can use the correct campaign and account names in the next instruction.

Prompt to copy

List the active Meta and Google Ads campaigns in [workspace] for [date range].
Include the account, campaign name, status, daily budget, spend and main result.

2. Create a campaign

Utin supports Meta Traffic campaigns and Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns. Give the agent the campaign type, account, goal, audience, budget and ad content.

Prompt to copy

Create and activate a [campaign type] campaign in [Meta or Google Ads account] using:
Campaign name: [name]
Goal and landing page: [goal and URL]
Audience, locations and languages: [targeting]
Daily budget, currency and dates: [budget and schedule]
Ad text, media and keywords where relevant: [content]

3. Change a campaign budget

Give the agent the campaign, account, new daily budget and currency.

Prompt to copy

Set the daily budget for [campaign] in [Meta or Google Ads account] to [amount and currency].

4. Pause or activate a campaign

Use a separate instruction for each campaign so the result is easy to verify.

Prompt to copy

[Pause or activate] [campaign] in [Meta or Google Ads account].

5. Check the result in Utin

Open Ads → Overview and check the campaign status, daily budget and latest results.

Good to know

Campaign setup differs by type. If a required field is missing, the agent should tell you what it needs before creating the campaign. Available metrics and editable settings depend on the connected account and campaign type.

If something does not work

  • Campaign data is missing: check the ad account, date range and connection status.
  • A campaign cannot be created: check the campaign type, required assets, destination and account permissions.
  • A change fails: open the campaign in Utin and check the message from Meta or Google Ads.
  • The currency is unexpected: check the currency used by the connected ad account.

Use performance analysis for a regular reporting routine.
