Data Deletion Instructions
Instructions for disconnecting social accounts from Utin and requesting deletion of account data.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
To remove a connected social account from Utin:
- Sign in to Utin.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Disconnect for the Facebook or Instagram account you want to remove.
Disconnecting removes the stored access token and selected target for that platform from Utin. You can also remove Utin from your Facebook or Instagram app settings in Meta’s account tools.
Request account data deletion
To request deletion of your Utin account data, email [email protected] from the email address used for your Utin account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject.
We will delete or anonymize the account data associated with your Utin account unless we need to keep limited information for security, legal, or operational reasons.
